How to use your crystals: 

Hold your crystals in your hand, make sure that you have cleansed them. See our blog on how to cleanse crystals before you use them. Close your eyes and set your intention. State exactly what you want. I want a peaceful night sleep. Hold this intention while you feel your body move into a state of peace and relaxation. Once you feel that open your eyes and place your crystals under your pillow

Lay down and close your eyes. I put on peaceful calming music while I sleep. This one is my personal favorite. You do not have to use music if you choose not to. Breathe in from your nose and out through your mouth. When you breathe out, breathe out with a smile while stating your affirmation below while you allow your body to peacefully fall asleep. 

Affirmation: I release today and give myself permission to fall asleep. I now enter a place of deep and restful sleep.
